Our Christmas Music Club put on two great shows over the past two weeks. The first one was at the Mill shopping centre. We have some absolutely wonderful singers in the school and it was a delight to see them get the opportunity to showcase their talents at the Mill in front of such a big crowd. We thank all the parents and grandparents for their support and generosity as the performance at the Mill was in aid of 'Fight with Eoghan' - Eoghan is an ex pupil who sustained a life changing injury a couple of years ago so we are very grateful for the donations you all gave and we hope that they will be of great benefit to Eoghan.
The children also performed at St. James's Hospital yesterday and it was a wonderful experience for the children. We also had great support from parents and grandparents at this performance too. We also have to thank R&R cleaning, Woodfire and Wings and the Parents committee for their generosity as they all sponsored the bus for this trip to St. James's hospital.
We hope to be able to post some videos of the performances on the school website over the Christmas holidays and we hope there will be more opportunities for the children to perform later in the school year! Happy Christmas to you all from the Sruleen Music Club!
