Part 1 - Admissions to the 2024/2025 School Year
Application and Decision Dates for admission to 2024/2025
The following are the dates applicable for admissions to New Junior Infants
The school will commence acceptation applications for admission on 15th January 2024 @9:00
The school will cease acceptation applications for admission on 26th January 2024 @15:00
The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is 2nd February 2024
The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is 9th February 2023
Note: the school will consider and issue decisions on late applications in accordance with the school's admission policy.
Special Class Application and Decision Dates for admission 2024/2025
The following are the dates applicable for admission to the school's Special Class which caters for children with ASD.
The school will commence accepting applications for admission to the special class on a continuous application process
The school will cease accepting applications for admission to the special class on N/A
The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is June 2024
The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is 1 week after offer
*Failure to accept an offer within the prescribed period above may result in the offer being withdrawn*
Number of place been made available in 2024/2025
The number of place being made available in Junior Infants: 60
The number of place being made available in the special class* catering for children with ASD: 1
Part 2 - Admissions to the 2023/2024 School Year
In respect of the 2022/2023 school year, the total number of applications for admission received by the school was 75
Breakdown of places allocated for the 2022/2023 school year:

Criterion One: Application living in the catchment area/Sibling - 60 places offered (50 accepted)
Criterion Two: Applicants from outside the area: 15 places offered (5 accepted)
